Buyer Terms
Inspect the equipment and understand the evidence before buying.
Review draft. This document has not been adopted as binding terms and is not legal advice.
Before you buy
Confirm seller identity, authority to sell, serial/chassis identifiers, condition and availability. Arrange a competent mechanical inspection where appropriate. Used racing equipment may have hidden fatigue, damage, repairs or missing parts. Check class eligibility and current homologation with the relevant sanctioning organization.
Price and payment
Asking prices are seller/source claims. Estimated market values are analytical outputs. A verified transaction price requires transaction evidence. Check currency, shipping, taxes, fees and included equipment. Do not treat a pending payment, offer acceptance or platform status as confirmed receipt of funds.
Protection and reporting
No general escrow, delivery guarantee or unconditional refund is offered by these drafts. Any provider protection must be identified in the actual transaction terms. Report suspicious requests, phishing or pressure to use unusual payment methods through the Trust Center. Statutory consumer rights remain applicable.
Items for counsel and operator review
Review buyer remedies, commercial seller disclosures and geography-specific consumer protections.
