Dealer & Commercial Seller Terms
Commercial identity, inventory authority and feed responsibilities.
Review draft. This document has not been adopted as binding terms and is not legal advice.
Business identity
Provide the legal entity, business contact and authorized representative. Supply tax or identity information only through a necessary, secure verification process. Dealer verification does not establish a manufacturer appointment, warranty authorization or partnership; those claims need independent evidence.
Inventory and feeds
You must control the offered inventory or have authority to market it. Document the feed license, permitted fields and images, update frequency, attribution, territories, expiry and withdrawal procedure. Feed access does not grant unlimited redistribution. Correct stale availability, misleading pricing and improper relationship claims.
Consumer and commercial obligations
Disclose trader status, total applicable charges, warranty terms and buyer remedies before a sale. Honor advertising, consumer protection and product safety obligations. Recertification and suspension may be required where a statutory verification program applies. Separate agreements govern paid placement, APIs and licensed data.
Items for counsel and operator review
Approve commercial onboarding, trader verification, data license, warranty disclosures and provider agreements.
