Notice, counter-notice and restoration review.
Review draft. This document has not been adopted as binding terms and is not legal advice.
Notice information
Provide your name, mailing address, telephone and email; identify the copyrighted work and the material/URLs you challenge; state a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or law; state that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the owner; provide a physical or electronic signature. The Trust Center accepts this information for review.
Counter-notification
Identify the removed material and its former location, provide your name, address, telephone and signature, and state under penalty of perjury a good-faith belief that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. Include consent to the applicable federal court’s jurisdiction and acceptance of service from the notifier or agent as required by the statute. Counsel must review sufficiency, disclosure to the notifier and restoration timing.
Review and restoration
Counter-notices do not automatically restore content. Review notice completeness, authority, legal proceedings and the statutory 10–14 business-day restoration framework where applicable. Misrepresentations can have legal consequences. Internal case records distinguish suppression, counter-notice, counsel review and restoration eligibility.
Designated agent
No registered designated agent is asserted here. Operator and counsel must complete registration, publish the approved agent details and maintain renewal information. Until then, support@kartexchange.com and the Trust Center are general reporting channels, not a representation of statutory agent registration.
Items for counsel and operator review
Approve designated agent, statutory sufficiency, notices to affected parties, disclosure consent, business-day timing and legal-proceedings hold before restoration.
