Not permitted
Stolen property, counterfeit products, fraudulent identity/ownership documents, unsafe recalled goods offered unlawfully, prohibited weapons, controlled substances and unrelated illegal merchandise are not permitted. Do not offer unlawful modifications or misrepresent an item as safe or approved.
Restricted or cross-border goods
Sellers must confirm applicable product, shipping, sanctions and export restrictions. International transaction features require screening and a reviewed operating program; listing availability does not establish export eligibility.
Report
Report suspected prohibited content privately. Include identifiers and evidence without publicly accusing another person. A report triggers review rather than an automatic finding of wrongdoing.
