Valuation & Market Intelligence Disclosure

Asking price, estimated value and verified sale price stay distinct.

Review draft. This document has not been adopted as binding terms and is not legal advice.

What an estimate means

Market estimates may use eligible asking prices, historical observations, verified transactions, equipment attributes, condition, age, configuration and geography. Supply or demand signals depend on available evidence. An estimate is informational, uncertain and time-dependent; it is not an appraisal or promise of sale proceeds.

Evidence limits

An asking price is not a completed sale. A removed listing is not a verified transaction. Reported sales and verified sales are different evidence states. Hidden damage, omitted parts, stale availability, sparse samples and regional differences can make an estimate less useful. View confidence, range and methodology with the number.

Corrections and independence

Report incorrect inputs through the Trust Center. Automated or manually corrected estimates retain their basis and timestamp. Sponsored placement must not silently improve valuation or independent ranking.
