Clearly label Sponsored, Promoted or Affiliate relationship next to the relevant placement or link when compensation applies. Explain referral compensation for logistics, financing or insurance before users act. A footer-only statement is insufficient for a specific paid recommendation.
Independence
Payment must not secretly improve a valuation, verification status or independent ranking. Store the commercial relationship separately from factual evidence and manufacturer authorization. Marketing claims require substantiation.
Activation
No advertising or affiliate program is activated by this draft. Provider agreements, disclosure components and commercial records must be configured before paid placements go live.
