Scope
No public API license is granted by this page. Authorized access must specify credentials, endpoints, rate limits, permitted fields, territories, retention, redistribution and expiry. Third-party rights restrictions continue to apply.
Use
Do not re-identify protected data, evade limits, share credentials, imply ownership of third-party content or remove required attribution. Honor corrections and suppression instructions. Commercial use requires the applicable agreement.
Activation
A signed or otherwise approved agreement and technically enforced scopes are prerequisites to a commercial data API.

Approve API licenses, data protection terms, revocation and downstream takedown obligations.
