Authenticity
If community features are activated, reviews must reflect real experiences. No fabricated AI reviews, impersonation, paid positive sentiment or incentives conditioned on a favorable rating. Disclose employment, compensation, gifts and other material connections.
Moderation
No harassment, spam, manipulation, threats or exposure of private information. Do not suppress truthful negative feedback merely because it is unfavorable. Apply relevant standards consistently and offer appeals. Opinion, aggregated sentiment and platform analysis must be distinguishable.
Activation
A policy page is not evidence that reviews or sentiment collection is live. Launch requires a reviewed moderation and advertising-compliance workflow.
