Start a case
Use /trust/report for buyer/seller disputes, ownership conflicts, IP complaints, verification issues, account restrictions or valuation corrections. Describe the challenged record, relevant facts and requested outcome. General support remains available by email.
Review and appeal
A reviewer checks evidence and authority, records a reasoned action and can request more information. You may appeal using the original case reference. An independent reassessment or counsel escalation is appropriate for unresolved material disputes. A complaint does not automatically establish ownership or liability.
Legal rights
No binding arbitration or class-action waiver is adopted. You retain applicable statutory and court remedies. Urgent threats or suspected crime may require appropriate emergency or law-enforcement channels.
