Marketplace Terms

Different listing types create different responsibilities.

Review draft. This document has not been adopted as binding terms and is not legal advice.

Identify the role

External offers link to the originating platform or seller; its transaction terms apply to activity there. Hosted sellers manage their own offers. Claiming a record does not erase source history or validate every claim. Dealer status identifies a commercial relationship with the buyer; it is not manufacturer authorization.

Offers and transactions

An asking price is an invitation to discuss a purchase. Review the item, currency, condition, included components, taxes, shipping and cancellation terms before agreeing. The platform contains offer and transaction-record workflows; these records alone do not establish that money was received, ownership was legally transferred or buyer protection applies.

Problems

Report suspected fraud, incorrect attribution or unsafe equipment. A report starts review; it is not proof of misconduct. Public restrictions and retained evidence are handled separately. Buyers and sellers must cooperate with reasonable, relevant inquiries and may appeal a decision.

Items for counsel and operator review

Review contract formation, consumer marketplace obligations, trader disclosures and each activated transaction flow.
