Before purchase
Confirm the seller’s cancellation and return terms, trader status, payment provider and applicable consumer rights. Private and commercial sales may have different obligations. This draft does not create an unconditional platform refund guarantee.
Problems
Document the issue and contact the seller and payment provider promptly. Report suspected platform abuse through the Trust Center. No policy can remove non-waivable statutory remedies.
Platform fees
Any future paid service must disclose its own fee, cancellation and refund terms before purchase. There is no platform-wide fee-refund schedule adopted in this draft.
