Seller Terms

Authority, accurate descriptions and rights to supplied content.

Review draft. This document has not been adopted as binding terms and is not legal advice.

Your representations

Before publishing, affirm that you have authority to offer the item and permission to use the supplied text and images. Describe ownership, condition, known defects, modifications, service history, included components, location and price accurately. Do not list stolen, counterfeit, recalled unsafe or otherwise prohibited goods.

Keeping inventory current

Update availability and price promptly. Withdraw unavailable items. A withdrawal removes the live offer while allowing necessary, appropriately limited marketplace history and dispute evidence to remain. Do not misrepresent a removal as a confirmed sale.

Your sale obligations

Agree payment, delivery, taxes, warranties and cancellation terms directly and clearly. Meet applicable consumer, tax and export obligations; do not assume KartExchange performs these duties for you. Respond to legitimate buyer inquiries and proportionate verification requests. A platform estimate does not justify a misleading description.

Content and enforcement

Authorize only the distribution and transformations necessary for the listing. Report rights disputes promptly. Fraudulent or infringing content may be restricted pending review; notice and appeal are available through the Trust Center. Seller verification is scoped to the evidence reviewed.

Items for counsel and operator review

Approve seller license, representations, statutory verification triggers, retention and suspension procedures.
