About the service
KartExchange organizes kart equipment information, hosts seller listings and provides market intelligence. An external discovery record is a reference to an offer elsewhere. A hosted listing is supplied by a seller. A claimed external listing retains its original observation history. Dealer inventory and any separately activated transaction service have additional terms.
Accounts and permitted use
The proposed account policy is adults aged 18 or older. Keep access credentials secure, provide accurate account information and act only with authority. Do not impersonate others, evade access restrictions, interfere with security, scrape restricted content, manipulate prices or post unlawful material. A parent or guardian must use their own adult account rather than supply a child’s personal data.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights you own. The proposed service license is limited to hosting, displaying, formatting and processing content you authorize for marketplace functions, subject to withdrawal, applicable law and documented retention. It is not a transfer of ownership. Referencing a manufacturer or source does not establish endorsement or an unrestricted reuse license.
Reliance and service changes
Availability, condition and source claims can be wrong or stale. Estimates are informational and are not appraisals, promises of sale proceeds or guarantees. Inspect equipment and verify counterparties. We may restrict content while reviewing abuse and provide reasons and an appeal route when appropriate. Changes to adopted material terms require a new version and the acceptance process applicable to that change.
Disputes and mandatory rights
Contact support or use the Trust Center to raise a dispute. These drafts do not impose binding arbitration or a class-action waiver. They do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. No governing law, venue, liability cap or indemnity is adopted in this draft.
Items for counsel and operator review
Confirm contracting entity, physical address, age policy, license scope, termination notice, governing law, remedies and proportionate liability terms before adoption.
