Manufacturer and model names identify equipment. References to Tony Kart, OTK, CRG, Birel ART, Rotax, IAME or other brands do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Logos and product images have separate rights requirements.
Relationship claims
Official, authorized dealer and partner labels require current, independently documented evidence. Platform dealer verification is a separate status. Claims must identify their scope and expiration; a data feed alone is not a partnership.
Challenges
Rights holders can report confusing attribution, unauthorized logos or false relationships through /trust/report. Include the mark, challenged location, relationship and evidence. A reviewer evaluates the claim and records the decision.
